According to our cancellation policies, the amount will be charged at the end of the cancellation period. In the event that the charge is unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted three times via the provided contact information (phone/email) provided during booking. If the card is not valid or functioning, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of the room and the customer will forfeit the reservation.
For the "STANDARD" and "WITHOUT BREAKFAST" rates, the charge occurs from the 7th day before arrival. In case of no-show or cancellation within 7 days, 100% of the amount will be retained as a penalty, unless the stay is rescheduled. In case of rescheduling, the amount recognized as credit will be 50% of the paid amount.
