According to our cancellation policies, the amount will be charged at the end of the cancellation period. In the event that the charge is unsuccessful, the customer will be contacted three times via the provided contact information (phone/email) provided during booking. If the card is not valid or functioning, the hotel reserves the right to dispose of the room and the customer will forfeit the reservation.

For the 'STANDARD' and 'ROOM ONLY' rates, the charge will be applied starting from the 14th day prior to the arrival date. In case of cancellation within 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total amount will be retained as a penalty. In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be retained as a penalty.
